Founder of the largest game hosting company in the Netherlands. With over 15.000
historical customers, I have been able to create a platform used by hundreds of thousands of end users.
A high level of automation enables efficient management of the infrastructure and customer base.
Scalability is built into the company's DNA, allowing for easy growth and adaptation to changing market demands. Although the target audience was mainly private individuals, several business clients have joined over
time and are very satisfied.

Studenten Net Twente, snt.utwente.nl - Chairman

Studenten Net Twente is an association founded in 1994 to provide internet on the UT campus.
Nowadays, the association manages hundreds of association websites, the largest FTP server in the region,
and internationally used IRC and Matrix servers.
For SNT I manage a team of about 15 active members and oversee the direction of the association.
This includes communication with university staff, external partners, and members.

Another hosting company I helped grow from a few hundred customers to multiple thousands; Improving the infrastructure along the way. This included managing the transfer from the cloud to colocated servers which brought large cost savings and scaling oppertunities that still help the company to this day.

Freelance - Systems Administration

Systems administration and setting up primarily Linux servers for hundreds of SMBs and gameserver clients. This gave me a nice insight into the needs for small businesses, dealing with customers, and a large variety of different IT environments.
